JD of E-commerce Executive:-
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms.
- They are responsible for developing strategies to ensure the practicality and proper design of a company’s online marketing platforms.
- Conducting research on user-friendly features and layouts that appeal the most to customers
- Making promotional offers and displaying them appropriately on the website
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns, providing insights on customer shopping trends, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer complaints and feedback
- Social media marketing, PPC campaign, Drive lead generation & demand generation campaigns
Skills Required:-
- Creative & Strategic thinking abilities
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Search engine optimisation (SEO) knowledge
Work from home and weekly once from the office
- Qualification Required –
- Any Graduate /B.E. Mechanical/ B.E. Computers
- Digital Marketing Certification
