SHIPPING POLICY :

  1. Shiping cost /Delivery cost is addon over and above product cost
  2. Consumer has to pay as per the shiping charges mentioned on the payment/Invoice page
  3. Incase of cancelation of order – shiping cost will not be refunded
  4. A1gizmo / PGW Techex is not responsible for any dispute related to shipment but will support to resolve the same for the benefit of consumer

15 Days Return No question Policy :

  1. it is applicable only for Dual Screen and Tri-Screen Product, rest all product are not applicable for this Policy’
  2. All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. In the event the Seller accepts the return request raised by the customer, customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account
  3. Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of PGW Techex
  4. Refund will take 5 working days from the date of receipt of Item back to PGW Techex
  5. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to PGW Techex Pvt Ltd.

REFUND AND RETURN :

Refund or return is possible only if following situations arise:

  1. Item was defective
  2. Item was damaged in transit
  3. Wrong item was received
  4. Refund for delivery charges will not be processed
  • Return could also result in refund of money in some of the cases.
  • We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision.
  • Incase the customer orders a wrong item, PGW Techex shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

The following RULES apply to this Policy :

  1. Certain consumable items will not be returned or refunded, the list of such items include in case the seal is found to be broken.
  2. In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product to PGW Techex within 3 days from the time of delivery.

REPLACEMENT :

In order to get a defective item replaced, Contact Us within 3 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be arranged as per terms and conditions.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY :

  1. Customer has to send email to register Dispute by sending email to info@a1gizmo.com
  2. Any Dispute related product quality or payment issue will be addressed within 2 working days
  3. A1gizmo is not liable for any dispute resolution post warranty period of product.
  4. For any legal dispute, it will be addressed in Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction only.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER :

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped/ received, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
